The International Association for Legal Research and Investigators (IALRI) is the first established international organization representing professionals in the CIS with its foundations laid way back in 2009.
With the absence of any real ethical control of the investigation and research industry in the Ex- Soviet Region the Association recognized the need for self-regulation since the establishment and set very high and internationally recognized standards to meet the criteria for membership opting for quality rather than quantity.
Sharing professional business knowledge on a global foundation helps both developing and developed countries improve their PISI economic environment and helps foster an understanding and appreciation for each country's contribution to the world marketplace.
There are a number Countries in the world to implement the 10 commandments. The number of professionals is not smaller.
The International Association for Legal Research and Investigators is the newest and independent group of the world society.The voice of one individual is easy to ignore and so there is a need for those with similar interests to join together.The voluntary nature of membership along with the democratic structure and decision-making processes within the Association mean that the Association is a democratically legitimized and innovative representative of the interests of the private investigation and related legal professions,a major focus of the work , is promoting the legal and economic interests of the profession,especially in the CIS countries.
Membership consists of professionals from four primary directions investigators, researchers, lawyers
and consultants. The ability to interact and connect with one another through IALRI provides member groups an opportunity to enrich and expand their contributions to the international PISI business community. Combining the theoretical and conceptual skills of the research and university communities with the practical knowledge and real world expertise of PISI business managers and policy makers allows for a higher level of understanding among all participants.
The International Association for Legal Research and Investigators focus is on multi national and international developments and activities. The private investigators and legal researchers are exposed to today and may be exposed to in the future are too large for us to be able to accomplish without the membership of every international and non international professionals and their ideas.
